Only a few short years ago, taking astrophotos required tedious hours glued to the eyepiece of a telescope. Now with CCD imaging, even a teenager like me can sandwich in a few photos between schoolwork and social commitments. Two groups of celestial images are presented here. The first group showcases Astronomy's Top Ten Deep Sky Objects that can be seen through a telescope, as presented in the February 2003 issue of Astronomy Magazine. The second group highlights solar system objects from the moon to comets to planets. Enjoy the view! |
